The use of leather in the automotive industry has contributed to chemical and material pollution in all aspects of its life cycle. This may be improved by focusing on waste as a leverage point for reducing overall impact. The following is a research project examining the impact of leather and waste distribution in the automotive industry, and determining more sustainable solutions.
